Does PayPal provide Package tracking?
Yes, the PayPal app can provide live shipping updates for your purchases. You can track things you buy with or without PayPal, from the biggest online stores to the small shops you love worldwide – all in one place.
What kind of packages can I track?
If it has a tracking number, we can help you track it. That includes things you buy online, in-store items for delivery, and even stuff you ship to other people.
You can track all these things in one place, whether you bought it with PayPal or not, and shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or one of over 800 other carriers worldwide.
Can I track packages automatically?
Yes. All you need to do is link your Gmail –make sure it’s the email address where you get shopping emails, like order confirmations. For those who don’t use Gmail for shopping emails, we’ll soon add more email services you can link for automatic package tracking.
Once I start tracking packages, what can I expect?
Your tracked packages will be organized in a list with estimated arrival dates. You’ll also get notifications, so you never miss an update.
A quick tip: be sure your notifications are turned on so you can receive updates on your package’s progress. Just go to your Profile in the PayPal app and select Notification Preferences.

What if I don’t see Package tracking in my app?
Package tracking is a new feature that may not be available to everyone just yet. Currently, it’s available to users in the United States and is rolling out to France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom soon.
Can I track packages shipped internationally?
You can track shipments to and from other countries that use international carriers like Deutsche Post, Yamato Transport, SF Express, Royal Mail, and over 800 additional pages worldwide.
Plus, if a package gets transferred from an international to a domestic carrier, we’ll automatically update the shipping details so you’ll always know the latest info about your package.
